1. No Refunds & No Exchanges
All sales of Focus Like a Dentist are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the book arrives with a manufacturing defect.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund only if your book has one of the following defects:
- Unclear or faded printing (text or images).
- Missing pages or incorrect page arrangement.
- Damaged cover (creases, major dents, or tears) upon arrival.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your book arrives defective, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving it:
- Send us in our contacts your order details.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect.
Once we review and approve your request:
- If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
- If the defect does not meet our criteria, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability.
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental spills, writing on pages, bent corners due to handling).
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
