At Focus like a Dentist we ensure that every book meets high-quality standards.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds & No Exchanges
All sales of Focus Like a Dentist are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the book arrives with a manufacturing defect.


2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund only if your book has one of the following defects:

  • Unclear or faded printing (text or images).
  • Missing pages or incorrect page arrangement.
  • Damaged cover (creases, major dents, or tears) upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your book arrives defective, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving it:

  • Send us in our contacts your order details.
  • Attach clear photos showing the defect.

Once we review and approve your request:

  • If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
  • If the defect does not meet our criteria, we will be unable to offer a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability.
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., accidental spills, writing on pages, bent corners due to handling).
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
